Our bristles are confirmed biobased.
As tested in accordance with ISO-16620-2;2019 (Determination of biobased content).
This is basically a test (that has an error margin of only 3%) to confirm whether the bristles came from fossil-fuel based sources (like most commonly-available plastic) or bio-based sources, and you can see here that ours comes from the latter.
Our aluminium handles are made from recycled drinks cans.
Our handles have been mass-spectrometer tested with an aluminium foundry in Coventry, United Kingdom.
You can view the full results here, which essentially determines that the element composition within them gives the likely past-usage as drink cans.
Our packaging is all plastic-free.
Kraft paper packages, with printing inks from natural soy-based which are toxin-free.
